Hospitality Associate - Food and Nutrition

About This Role

Act as a Hospitality Associate within Food and Nutrition Services, serving as a liaison between patients, nursing, and food service staff to ensure accurate meal orders, delivery, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between the patient, Food and Nutrition Services, and Nursing Services
• Attend to all patient requests for meals, nourishments and snacks
• Obtain patient meal orders
• Perform accurate menu modification
• Conduct meal delivery
• Communicate effectively with patient services manager, nursing, dietitian and production staff as needed
• Clean and sanitize meal service areas

Requirements

• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving
• 8th grade education

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write; 8th grade education required
• No prior work experience required
