This role is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who will provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians' orders.
Responsibilities
- Visit patients in their homes
- Provide nursing care under direction of RNs
- Comply with physicians' orders
Requirements
- Valid state driver’s license
- Automobile liability insurance
- Dependable transportation kept in good working condition
- Ability to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse
