About This Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Home Health, you will provide nursing care to patients in their homes under the direction of Registered Nurses and physicians' orders.

Responsibilities

  • Visit patients in their homes
  • Provide nursing care under direction of RNs
  • Comply with physicians' orders

Requirements

  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Automobile liability insurance
  • Dependable transportation kept in good working condition
  • Ability to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
  • Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of employment
