Join Aveanna Healthcare as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate homecare to children and adults. You will be responsible for ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes by performing clinical assessments and maintaining compliance with nursing care policies.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered LPN license
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience
- Reliable transportation
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
