This role is for a Licensed Practical Nurse assisting a registered nurse in providing high-quality, patient-centered care within a behavioral health addiction treatment setting. The position involves direct patient care and accountability for a group of patients.
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility and accountability for a group of patients under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Report to the Director of the assigned department
Requirements
- Graduate of a Practical Nursing Program registered by the New York State Education or by the licensing authority of another state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire date
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Practical Nursing Program registered by the New York State Education or by the licensing authority of another state
