Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate homecare to pediatric patients
- Perform clinical assessments and documentation
- Comply with nursing care policies and procedures
- Ensure outstanding clinical outcomes for patients
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered LPN license
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience
- Reliable transportation
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
- Continuing Education as required by state
Qualifications
- Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience, at least 6 months of pediatric experience preferred
Nice to Have
- At least 6 months of pediatric experience
- Experience with g-tube, trach, and vent care
