About This Role

Join Aveanna Healthcare as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to deliver compassionate homecare to patients, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes. This role supports individuals within the Aveanna family and contributes to a team committed to diversity and connection.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults
Perform duties diligently to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
Utilize electronic documentation via a tablet in each patient’s home

Requirements

Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
Reliable transportation

Qualifications

Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required

Nice to Have

Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
