About This Role

Join Acrisure as a Licensed Insurance Professional, serving as either an Account Manager or Placement Specialist to provide customized insurance solutions and support for clients in the Midwest.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for all service needs for external and internal customers (Account Managers)
• Facilitate team service deliverables and manage accurate, efficient, and effective responses (Account Managers)
• Strategize placement approaches for complex accounts (Placement Specialists)
• Evaluate large deductible programs, captives, and layered insurance towers to deliver optimal risk transfer solutions (Placement Specialists)
• Collaborate closely with Client Advisors, Account Service Teams, and carrier partners (Placement Specialists)

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant insurance experience
• Property & Casualty license in state of residence
• Excellent phone etiquette, written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work with minimum supervision; able to accept directions on given assignments
• Proficient with MS Office products, including a high knowledge of Excel and Word
• Experience with Agency Management Systems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail to ensure document accuracy
• Able to work effectively in a team environment with strong customer service skills

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant insurance experience

Nice to Have

• Emphasis on mid-to-large commercial account placements
• Pursuit of a professional designation (CRM, CISR, CIC, AAI, ARM, CPCU)
• Experience with Applied Epic
• Experience with a broker/agent, including marketing large middle market accounts to carriers
• Excellent knowledge of the markets
