Learning and Organizational Development Educator

About This Role

Implement and evaluate training programs across the health system, delivering blended learning sessions and developing educational materials. This role supports the organization's growth as a learning entity through workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for hospital, practice, corporate, and site management
• Partner with managers, supervisors, and trainers to ensure consistent adherence to training programs and procedures
• Conduct training sessions using blended approaches including classroom, Q&A, side-by-side support, webinars, and e-learning
• Analyze and collaborate with staff and leadership to identify problem areas leading to recurring errors and duplicate records
• Assist in developing training materials, reference guides, and job aids, adjusting curriculum and schedule as needed
• Conduct training session surveys to gather feedback for improvement and report on training outcomes
• Assist in all aspects of training logistics, ensuring rooms and materials are available and organized
• Develop and deliver presentations to Physicians, Senior Management, and stakeholders regarding impact, current state, and trends
• Educate hospital, practice, corporate, and site management

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
