About This Role

Lead teachers at Childtime on Eastwood Avenue create interactive learning experiences, promote child growth, and manage classroom activities while maintaining strong relationships with families.

Responsibilities

• Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation
• Ensure compliance with all licensing guidelines and company standards
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Experience leading a classroom
• Ability to create educational lesson plans
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
