Lead Engineer Manager

Drive innovative audio technology for high-end markets by leading initiatives in the design and deployment of advanced audio systems. This role involves ensuring usability and technical accuracy across multiple projects, influencing product direction, and driving revenue in a rapidly evolving industry.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and review preliminary recommendations, equipment packages, and pricing
• Review audio designs and system bid proposals for technical accuracy with teams
• Collaborate with sales teams to support system designs
• Support consultants and engineers with audio system designs
• Present educational content to system designers
• Coordinate projects with team members and clients across time zones
• Help track opportunities via CRM and support integrators with system commissioning

Requirements

• 5+ years in the professional audio industry
• Experience with audio system design and deployment
• Project Management and/or Bid Estimating experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with 3D acoustic modeling software
• Ability to read and understand construction documents
• Self-motivated with productive home-office capabilities
