This role will define the vision and strategy for how pharmacy assets can enhance engagement and outcomes, leading digital innovation and elevating pharmacy practice. It involves creating go-to-market strategies for new B2B services and expanding opportunities with internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Stimulate strategic thinking in support of business direction, with an eye toward future value and proactive risk assessment and mitigation
- Influence key stakeholders across the enterprise through storyboarding and creating presentations to gain critical thought and consensus around key strategic opportunities and path forward
- Conduct market research and business analysis to support the development and refinement of business cases
- Lead formulation, preparation, and communication of strategic and operational business plans
- Present insights and recommendations to influence prioritization and decision-making across partner teams
- Lead and develop a small team of colleagues, fostering a growth mindset and a culture of high performance
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in pharmacy/healthcare strategy, management consulting, product development, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree

Nice to Have
- Deep understanding of the pharmacy business and healthcare market, with working knowledge of health plans, payers, and pharma
- Ability to manage stakeholders and influence senior leadership, prioritizing alignment and collaboration in a matrixed environment
- Skill at managing through competing priorities, ambiguity, and a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience building and evaluating financial models and business cases
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability to craft a compelling narrative, logically frame a presentation, and successfully facilitate live discussion
- Track record of building high-performing teams and developing future leaders
- Experience with B2B initiatives
