Deliver compassionate, high-quality care as a Registered Nurse on a Float/Flex Team, impacting patient well-being and recovery. Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized, comprehensive care and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Leverage expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care
- Make critical assessments
- Perform skilled procedures
- Meticulously implement patient care plans
- Collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team
- Utilize the nursing process to ensure appropriate patient care
- Collect pertinent social, psychological, developmental and spiritual data from patients
- Perform ongoing assessment, formulate nursing diagnosis and goals, plan interventions, and evaluate outcomes
- Consistently document in patient and unit records according to health system standards
- Provide appropriate teaching and information to patients and families
Requirements
- Bachelors Of Nursing
- At least one (1) year of RN experience
- Registered Nurse: TX, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 days
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program, within 6 months
