Labeling Work Stream Lead

About This Role

Lead the labeling workstream for new product development and sustaining engineering projects, ensuring accurate and compliant medical device product labeling that meets global regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and maintain labeling project schedules
• Lead the product labeling workstream from initiation to implementation
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional project team members from Marketing, Regulatory, R&D, Packaging, Quality Assurance, and Operations
• Facilitate redlining and content development for labeling; manage the labeling approval process; complete labeling design; and ensure implementation at the manufacturing site
• Prepare final source files based on supplier specifications for various types of printing and production-ready artwork
• Troubleshoot problems with suppliers/printers
• Work in a highly regulated environment

Requirements

• Intermediate project management skills
• Advanced understanding of label design
• Time management skills to oversee creation, release, and implementation of Instructions for Use (IFU), package labels, and translations
• Strong typographic and layout skills with strict attention to detail
• Outstanding organizational, project management, and file-organization skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead and own the labeling workstream
• Solid knowledge of the printing process
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (including Project and Teams)
• Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Process-oriented self-starter who stays up to date with new production techniques and trends

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Graphic design or related field
• 3 or more years of experience in print production or graphic design

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or payments
• Production Graphics background
• Medical Device experience
