Key Account Manager

About This Role

Manage and develop relationships with supermarket chains across the Tri-State area, focusing on increasing sales and monitoring account performance for Quesos La Ricura. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with strong commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with supermarket chains in NY, NJ, Upstate NY, and Connecticut
• Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales
• Monitor and analyze account performance, implementing improvements as needed
• Prepare and present reports and proposals to clients and management
• Conduct regular client visits, ensuring a consistent presence and excellent customer service

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience managing supermarket chains
• Proficient in using technological tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle
• Availability to travel within NY, NJ, Upstate NY, and Connecticut
• Reside in a central location to easily move between the three states
• Immediate availability to start
• Valid work permit in the United States
• Strong commercial capacity and customer orientation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive and able to solve problems effectively

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing supermarket chains.
