IT Support Specialist

About This Role

Serve as the primary IT Help Desk/IT Support person, handling 1st and 2nd level support for a growing Kforce client in Portage, MI. You will support M365 and Windows environments, respond to IT calls and emails, and manage equipment/software setup.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT Help Desk/IT Support person handling 1st and 2nd level support in a timely manner
• Support M365 and Windows 10/11 environment
• Respond to all IT support calls and emails
• Set up and configure new equipment/software for users as needed
• Manage the Antivirus Server and Windows Update Server to make sure devices are clean and current
• Use remote control software to provide support

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in an IT Support or Help Desk role
• Ability to support users via phone, remote control software and via email
• Strong customer service orientation
• On-site 5 days per week in Portage, MI
