Lead and manage the North American PC Renewal program, overseeing deployment services for 25,000-35,000 machines annually. Manage a team, track key performance indicators, and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage North American PC Renewal program deployment services
- Lead a team of Warehouse, Concierge, Workload Managers, and Technicians
- Track and manage KPIs and metrics related to inventory, customer service, and process improvement
- Serve as the main point of contact for the program, interfacing with IT customers
- Provide oversight on escalating issues from team leads
- Oversee and approve timekeeping for a 20+ person team
- Partner with the TEKsystems Account team for staffing requirements
- Build interpersonal relationships with leadership, managers, and stakeholders
