About This Role

Join the Customer Experience Team to manage and track CAM Patch hardware inventory in the Houston office, ensuring efficient operations and supporting patient care through remote monitoring technology. This role also involves addressing customer inquiries to provide excellent service to patients, physicians, and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily rotation of heart monitor devices processed by the Upload Team
  • Handle device storage, including inventory check-ins, storage room audits, and reports
  • Conduct device refurbishment, separating and organizing heart monitor elements, repackaging for refurbishment, and destroying PHI via HIPAA-compliant processes
  • Produce on-demand inventory reports for various stocks at the request of leadership
  • Receive and answer incoming Customer Experience Team calls promptly and manage them effectively
  • Address questions and educate customers, sales staff, and patients
  • Redirect calls to subject matter experts as defined in protocols
  • Document all calls or correspondences
  • Assist in processing completed monitor studies and facilitate the upload and data entry of returned devices
  • Identify, document, and escalate potential patient or customer complaints

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 75 lbs
  • Excellent multitasking and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent customer service skills

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in an inventory control position preferred

Nice to Have

  • 1-2 years of experience in an inventory control position
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Bilingual
