About This Role

The Interventional Radiology Technologist performs a variety of interventional radiology procedures including angiograms, port insertions, PICC line placements, and biopsies. This role requires independent judgment and experience in scrubbing and circulating within a mid-to-large facility.

Responsibilities

Perform A-grams, AV fistulograms, Ports, PICC lines, and HD caths
Conduct Kyphoplasty, Bx (U/S and CT), and Drainages (paras/thoras)
Perform LPs, Myelograms, and Steroid injections (joint and back)
Execute IVC filters (placement and removal) and Baker cyst aspirations

Requirements

2 years of Interventional Radiology (IR) experience in a mid-large facility
Experience with scrubbing and circulating
Current Radiologic Technologist licensure in Massachusetts
Current R.T.(R)(ARRT) and BLS registration
Ability to function independently

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years IR experience in a mid-large facility, including scrubbing and circulating.

Certifications

BLS (Required) R.T.(R)(ARRT) (Required)
