Internal Technical Recruiter

About This Role

This role involves recruiting qualified IT professionals for Fortune 500 clients, conducting candidate interviews, and negotiating wage rates. The ideal candidate will also maintain recruitment documentation and partner with the sales team to ensure quality candidate presentation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified IT professionals for Fortune 500 clients through online sourcing, referrals, networking events, and job postings
• Conduct daily candidate phone interviews
• Effectively evaluate candidates’ employment history, education, technical skill set, and salary
• Negotiate wage rates with potential candidates and sell job client opportunities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of recruitment activity
• Create a positive experience for candidates by communicating regularly
• Conduct reference checks and ensure resumes are formatted in a professional manner
• Oversee interview scheduling and communicate job offers to selected candidates
• Partner with outside sales team to ensure quality candidates are presented for clients
• Develop new ideas to attract and retain quality candidates to KellyMitchell

• Bachelor's degree
