Lead interior commercial remodeling projects from inception to completion, ensuring precise execution and confidence. This role is crucial for maintaining project schedules, upholding high-quality workmanship, and overseeing efficient and safe job site operations within a construction company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of interior remodels
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with subcontractors and maintain a positive work atmosphere
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on job sites
• Assist with preconstruction tasks, including RFI submissions and estimating
• Adapt to project demands, including early starts for deliveries

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior commercial construction
• Proven ability to manage schedules effectively

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior commercial construction
