Serve as an Insurance Claims Representative, fielding a high volume of client and customer calls regarding pension plans, healthcare plans, and financial information. This role requires efficient data entry during inbound calls and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Field calls from clients and customers regarding pension plans, healthcare plans, and financial information
- Receive upward of 100-150 calls per day
- Enter customer information and conversation details into the database while fielding inbound calls
- Field calls with the utmost level of customer service
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a high volume call switchboard environment
- Multi-tasking and clerical support as assigned by department
Requirements
- 1 year of call center customer service experience or claims experience
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Type 35 WPM
