Insurance Claims Representative

About This Role

Serve as an Insurance Claims Representative, fielding a high volume of client and customer calls regarding pension plans, healthcare plans, and financial information. This role requires efficient data entry during inbound calls and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Field calls from clients and customers regarding pension plans, healthcare plans, and financial information
• Receive upward of 100-150 calls per day
• Enter customer information and conversation details into the database while fielding inbound calls
• Field calls with the utmost level of customer service
• Answer and direct incoming calls in a high volume call switchboard environment
• Multi-tasking and clerical support as assigned by department

Requirements

• 1 year of call center customer service experience or claims experience
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Type 35 WPM
