The Remote Institutional Growth Manager will drive significant client acquisition for a partner company, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients in Hong Kong and Singapore. This role involves building relationships, qualifying leads, and ensuring a seamless transition to the Account Management team to enhance customer experience and expand the client base.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in Hong Kong and Singapore through networking and strategic outreach.
- Qualify leads for alignment with target client profiles.
- Introduce qualified leads to internal teams for a smooth onboarding process.
- Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs and provide product demonstrations.
- Launch strategies alongside the team to increase client acquisition.
- Stay informed about market conditions and provide regular performance reports.
- Represent the partner company at events and network to identify potential clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Minimum of 5 years in customer-facing roles within financial services
- Experience in private banking, wealth management, or investment banking
- Demonstrated knowledge of cryptocurrency markets
- History of successfully managing client relationships and originating leads
- Ability to conduct meetings effectively, both in-person and online
- Strong performance record related to achieving KPIs
- Established professional network in the regional financial services sector
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in customer-facing roles within financial services, with experience in private banking, wealth management, or investment banking.
