About This Role

This Install Technician role involves hands-on installation, testing, and commissioning of commercial security systems directly on customer sites. The technician will ensure systems are correctly, safely, and professionally implemented. This position does not require team leadership but confidence and basic training for independent work.

Responsibilities

  • Install commercial security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems
  • Test commercial security systems to ensure full functionality
  • Commission commercial security systems on customer sites
  • Ensure systems are installed correctly, safely, and professionally

Requirements

  • Experience with installation
  • Experience with cabling (Cat5, Cat6)
  • Knowledge of CCTV systems
  • Knowledge of access control systems
  • Proficiency in security system installation
