About This Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the initial point of contact for potential customers, driving new business through outbound call campaigns and inbound lead management. This role focuses on promoting and selling Model 1's commercial vehicles and related services, while also providing opportunities for career growth into other sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and develop business relationships with prospective customers from inbound internet leads and customer calls to generate new business
  • Make telephone calls and presentations to prospective customers
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Identify advantages and compare organization’s products/services
  • Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment
  • Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers
  • Develop and maintain proposal database
  • Complete ongoing Sales Performance Improvement training to achieve and maintain Key Performance Indicators

Requirements

  • Active problem solver
  • Results focused with an ability to work independently and with a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Proficiency contact management software
  • Valid driver's license

  • Knowledge and experience with HubSpot
