The Inside Sales Representative will communicate directly with customers to schedule in-home product demonstrations and drive direct-to-consumer sales for walk-in tubs. This role involves managing warm leads, nurturing customers through the sales cycle, and utilizing provided scripts to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Schedule in-home product demonstrations and installations nationwide
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to qualify customer interest and convert inquiries into appointments
- Follow up on warm leads from multiple channels
- Use internal computer systems for data entry, tracking, and customer management
- Move prospects through all phases of the appointment-setting cycle
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth scheduling and handoffs
- Participate in regular training to enhance sales and product expertise
- Overcome objections with confidence and maintain a strong sales mindset
