About This Role

This role is for a motivated Inside Sales Representative at DataComm Electronics Inc. to manage existing customer accounts and expand the company's footprint in new regions, focusing on the residential new construction market.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with electrical contractors, low-voltage contractors, builders, developers, service providers, and engineers involved in residential new construction
  • Assist Inside Sales Manager with launching new products in the market
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing
  • Represent DataComm Electronics at trade shows, meetings, and industry events as needed

Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Prior experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales, account management, or business development (construction or electrical industry experience preferred)
