This role is for an Inside Sales Loan Officer who will guide clients through the home loan process, evaluating applications and providing support. You will gain hands-on experience in finance, customer service, and sales, training under top-producing mortgage bankers.
Responsibilities
- Train directly under high-performing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
- Learn real sales strategies through hands-on coaching
- Make and receive calls from warm leads from multiple referral sources
- Learn how to navigate our CRM and loan origination systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and referral partners
- Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of inside sales, service, military, or commission-based experience
- Outgoing, competitive, and people-oriented
- Strong communicator (phone, written, and in-person)
- Motivated by money, growth, and performance incentives
- Thrives in a high-energy, high-expectation environment
- A self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding after training
- Organized, proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused
- Someone who wants to win, not just work
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of inside sales, service, military, or commission-based experience OR no mortgage experience with the right drive
