Join a rapidly expanding business to drive growth and revenue for customers in the merchant services domain. This role involves deeply engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend optimal solution stacks using cutting-edge technology and collaborative teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Exemplify company values and foster an inclusive environment conducive to collaboration and innovation
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing customers' businesses, providing strategic recommendations Articulate our value propositions within the QuickBooks Online Ecosystem
- Showcase our competitive edge against major competitors
- Deliver recommendations with a clear focus on ROI and leveraging tools effectively
- Manage a sales funnel and maintain a sustainable sales cycle to achieve quarterly targets
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to influence the buying process and navigate complex selling processes
- Utilize resources efficiently to manage account territory and close deals at scale
- Measure success through key metrics including quota attainment, close rates, and pipeline velocity
Requirements
- 2+ years of fintech/payments experience
- 2+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales in the merchant services industry
- Demonstrated capability in managing a large pipeline of prospects through Salesforce
- Proficiency in utilizing key sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, Solution, or Sandler
Qualifications
- 2+ years of fintech/payments experience and 2+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales in the merchant services industry.
Nice to Have
- Prior sales experience with accounting, ERP, or other financial management software
- Experience selling merchant services across various industries with a strategic positioning against customer challenges
- Familiarity with merchant service industry standards as it relates to rates, cost analysis, and risk management
- Deep understanding of Account Receivable and Account Payable processes related to money movement
- Understanding of the client management lifecycle and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
