About This Role

This internship in Global People offers 12-week opportunities for students to learn, grow, and make a significant impact at ServiceNow. Interns will provide vital, AI-enabled support to various initiatives within Global People functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide vital, AI-enabled support to ServiceNow initiatives across Global People
• Participate in executive speaker series
• Engage in career development workshops
• Contribute to philanthropic efforts
• Join team building activities

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a full-time student, pursuing a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
• Graduating on or after December 2026
• Excellent communicator and collaborator
• Aptitude for building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bias toward execution and attention to details
• Strong personal accountability to achieve goals and meet delivery dates
• Creativity and confidence to bring new ideas and provide feedback and input

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, graduating on or after December 2026
• Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology

Nice to Have

• Desire to eventually work in an HR function for a technology company
