Industrial Engineer

About This Role

This Industrial Engineer role designs and evaluates integrated systems for industrial production, focusing on human work factors, quality control, logistics, and cost analysis. The primary goal is to increase productivity through efficient management of people, business organization methods, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Analyze statistical data and product specifications to establish quality and reliability objectives
• Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems for efficiency
• Recommend improvements for personnel, material, and utility utilization
• Plan and establish sequence of operations for parts fabrication and assembly
• Apply statistical methods and mathematical calculations for manufacturing processes, staff, and production standards
• Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems
• Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes
• Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace using drafting tools and computer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any engineering
• 2-4 years of experience
• Flexibility and willingness to work all shifts, including 2-3 weekend shifts per month
• Basic knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in technical plans
• Basic knowledge of business and management principles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any engineering required
• 2-4 years' experience required, 2 years Industrial Engineering experience preferred

Nice to Have

• 2 years Industrial Engineering Experience
