Inbound Sales Representative

About This Role

This role is for a driven Inbound Sales Representative who will manage inbound outreach, qualify leads, and guide prospects through the sales process for TRM CPA. The representative will be responsible for consistently exceeding monthly quotas and collaborating with marketing and service teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound outreach via phone, email, and social platforms
• Qualify leads and guide prospects through the sales process to booked consultations
• Track all sales activities and interactions in HubSpot CRM
• Consistently exceed monthly quotas and performance targets
• Collaborate with marketing and service teams to improve lead quality and conversion
• Represent TRM CPA with professionalism and energy at every touchpoint

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 2-6+ years of closing experience in high-ticket B2B services
• Confident communicator with a persuasive phone presence
• CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar)
• Based in or able to commute to Jupiter, Florida
