Embark on a fulfilling career in insurance sales as an Inbound Sales Representative, handling warm leads and consulting with policyholders to match them with suitable insurance coverages and products.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads
- Consult with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs
- Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to policyholders
- Convert sales leads into policyholders
- Effectively represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to right products
- Adapt to different environments, schedules, and policyholder needs
- Ensure customers receive quality products and services
- Maintain department work at home (W@H) requirements
Requirements
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Ability to maintain department work at home (W@H) requirements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales/service-related work experience required, 2-3 years sales experience preferred
Nice to Have
- 2-3 years sales experience
