As an Inbound Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual, you will handle warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and convert sales leads into policyholders. This role offers paid training and licensing, focusing on providing excellent service and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads
- Consult with customers on their insurance needs
- Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads
- Represent the Liberty Mutual brand professionally
- Adapt to different work environments and schedules
Requirements
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Reside in Florida
- Maintain professional workspace with dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet (min 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload)
Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred, 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
