Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads
- Consult with customers on their insurance needs
- Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to customers

- Adapt to different environments, schedules, and policyholder needs
Requirements
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Reside in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio or Kentucky
Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
