Senior Tax Associate

About This Role

Manage client relationships, prepare tax returns, and provide tax planning support to small business owners. This role offers advancement opportunities for growth-minded individuals within a highly-ranked accounting firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of client relationships by responding to questions and meeting throughout the year
• Help clients with tax planning and other accounting/advisory needs
• Prepare tax returns for simple and complex cases
• Provide initial review support on simple tax returns prepared by staff level team members
• Prepare tax plan documents and use tax planning software to identify ideal tax planning strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of tax experience working with small business owners
• A servant’s heart and positive attitude for helping business owners
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment
• Desire to work with an outstanding team
