The Senior Tax Associate prepares state and federal corporate income tax returns, other corporate tax returns, and various accounting and compliance projects for the Corporate Tax team. This role also includes the opportunity to review tax returns and provide feedback to staff.
Responsibilities
- Prepare state and federal corporate income tax returns
- Prepare other corporate tax returns
- Prepare various other accounting and compliance projects
- Review tax returns
- Provide feedback to staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (may substitute additional Corporate Tax experience)
- At least 3 years’ experience in Insurance Company Tax Department or an insurance group in Public Accounting
- Experience with forms 1120-PC or 1120-L
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Qualifications
