• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), including employee onboarding and employee relations
• Experience in HR Management and applying HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and compliance
• Skills in Personnel Management, including performance evaluation and team coordination
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
