Responsibilities
- Introduce health-sharing savings model to contacts
Requirements
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), including employee onboarding and employee relations
- Experience in HR Management and applying HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and compliance
- Skills in Personnel Management, including performance evaluation and team coordination
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with HR software systems
