About This Role

This Human Resources Specialist role is responsible for the daily, weekly, and monthly implementation and administration of HR practices. This entry-level position performs duties related to employment functions such as job posting, hiring procedures, and new employee orientation, offering opportunities for growth within the human resources department.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer human resource practices on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

• 21 years or older

Qualifications

• High School diploma and three years’ experience in Human Resources preferred; Associates or Bachelor’s in Business/Human Resources with one year experience in human resources preferred
• Entry-level position. High School diploma with three years experience preferred, or Associate's/Bachelor's with one year experience preferred.
