About This Role

Manage outsourcing labor vendors, oversee talent acquisition and onboarding for hourly and salaried hires, and align HR initiatives with organizational goals to support warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage outsourcing labor vendors, including sourcing, markup review, negotiation, time & attendance management, and bill processing
• Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding processes for hourly and salaried hires
• Partner with warehouse leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
• Participate in objectives setting, performance discussions, managing performance improvement, and recognizing high performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese for effective communication and coordination
• Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, collaboration, and vendor management skills
• Proficient in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT) and relevant management tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in warehouse labor management
• Familiarity with managing outsourced labor suppliers
• HR experience in logistics setting
