This role supports the Human Resources (HR) technology portfolio, primarily focusing on functional maintenance of the Cornerstone Learning Management Systems (LMS) and new HR technology implementations. The analyst will plan, implement, and support new HR applications and integrations to meet enterprise needs, ensuring data integrity and optimizing processes.
Responsibilities
- Support the Human Resources (HR) technology portfolio, including functional maintenance of existing applications and new projects
- Mainly support Cornerstone Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Support Information Technology (IT), Center of Experts (COEs), Human Resources Strategic Partners (HRSPs) and Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) with new HR technology implementations
- Plan, implement, and support new HR applications and integrations to meet changing enterprise needs
- Perform requirements gathering, documentation, data validation, and testing
- Review simple to complex HR related business processes and activities, and provide detailed analyses to optimize principles governing various phases of HR related business
- Recommend, implement, integrate and manage changes to promote optimum efficiency through the use of HR systems
- Assess release features and support projects to adopt new functionality or change existing processes
- Support testing efforts (e.g., regression testing)
- Facilitate and fulfill data requests in compliance with policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, education, computer science, information management or related discipline
- 3 years of experience working with Cornerstone (LMS)
- Ability to work effectively with end users at all levels to understand and gather business requirements
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, education, computer science, information management or related discipline
- Three years of experience working with Cornerstone (LMS), implementing and supporting these technology systems with experience in human resources and learning management systems preferred. Additional education may be substituted for experience.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree
- Experience in healthcare and/or insurance industry
- Experience in human resources and learning management systems
