About This Role

Provide administrative and HR support to a department and manager, handling clerical duties, coordinating meetings, and managing records. This is a hybrid contract role in Rocklin, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff members
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
  • Sign for and distribute packages (UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne)
  • Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies
  • Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards, and office keys
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
  • Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules
  • Collect and maintain PC inventory
  • Support staff in assigned project-based work

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support or HR role
  • Hands-on experience with E-Verify, completing, auditing, and supporting I-9 related questions and reverifications
  • Customer focus and positive communication skills
  • Experience working in a ticketing system
  • Experience answering inbound employee inquiries related to I-9 completion

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience
