Contract Specialist Legal Contracts Review

About This Role

Review and ensure the legal compliance and consistency of various contractual documents, including Statements of Work, Work Orders, Change Orders, and Non-Disclosure Agreements, for a technology service provider. Act as a gatekeeper for internal approvals and uphold consistency with Master Service Agreements.

Responsibilities

• Review Statements of Work, Work Orders, Change Orders, and amendments to SOWs
• Ensure no legal terms are improperly included in contractual documents
• Ensure consistency of documents with Master Service Agreements (MSA)
• Act as a gatekeeper for required internal approvals for document authorization
• Review Non-Disclosure Agreements
• Review amendments to master services agreements

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience reviewing SOW, CRs, WOs etc. with a technology company which is a service provider/vendor
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients and stakeholders

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience reviewing SOW, CRs, WOs etc.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the technology procurement team of any other company (as a customer)
