Host/Hostess

About This Role

Serve as the initial point of contact for guests in the dining area, ensuring a welcoming experience and managing seating arrangements. Support dining room staff by assisting with table setup and beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patrons and escort them to their assigned dining area
• Track table availability via floor plan board
• Inform customers of promotions and notify them of assigned server
• Manage patron wait list as needed
• Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies
• Help dining room staff by setting and clearing tables
• Replenish water and serve beverages as needed

Requirements

• Flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands, including nights, weekends and Holidays

• Previous host and/or restaurant front of house experience
