Host/Hostess

About This Role

As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing seating, and maintaining a welcoming environment to ensure an exceptional dining experience. You will work in a fast-paced setting to support efficient restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner
• Engage in friendly conversation while seating guests in a timely fashion
• Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
• Clear, clean, and reset tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest
• Sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and converse comfortably with customers in English

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service, retail sales, or food service experience preferred
