About This Role

This role involves providing excellent customer service in a dynamic retail environment, actively selling products, and supporting store operations to ensure a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience
• Engage and have conversations with customers to deliver excellent service
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products
• Effectively promote and sell H&M products to customers
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Support with commercial or operational actions to achieve sales targets
• Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, and competitors
• Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensuring good garment care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house
