Heavy Civil Project Manager / Estimator

About This Role

Lead heavy civil construction projects from estimation through completion, managing all scopes including structures, concrete, paving, earthwork, sewer, and water systems. This role ensures timely, quality, and budget-compliant project delivery while providing leadership to site staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead field staff in construction of the entire project
• Manage all project scopes including structures, concrete, paving, earthwork, sewer, and water
• Provide leadership to project staff
• Ensure quality and timely completion of projects
• Ensure projects are completed within budget

Requirements

• 5-7+ years as a Construction Project Manager
• General Contracting experience on Sitework and Heavy Civil projects
• Knowledgeable of all project scopes

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field
• Min. 5-7+ yrs. as a Construction Project Manager w/ General Contracting experience on Sitework and Heavy Civil projects
