Lead heavy civil construction projects from estimation through completion, managing all scopes including structures, concrete, paving, earthwork, sewer, and water systems. This role ensures timely, quality, and budget-compliant project delivery while providing leadership to site staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead field staff in construction of the entire project
- Manage all project scopes including structures, concrete, paving, earthwork, sewer, and water
- Provide leadership to project staff
- Ensure quality and timely completion of projects
- Ensure projects are completed within budget
Requirements
- 5-7+ years as a Construction Project Manager
- General Contracting experience on Sitework and Heavy Civil projects
- Knowledgeable of all project scopes
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field
- Min. 5-7+ yrs. as a Construction Project Manager w/ General Contracting experience on Sitework and Heavy Civil projects
