As a Healthcare Call Center Representative, you will handle inbound calls, answer questions about prior authorizations and general inquiries, and accurately update customer information. You will deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and occasional follow-up calls in a fast-paced call center environment
- Answer questions about prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential information
- Accurately enter and update customer information across multiple systems
- Deliver top-notch customer service with professionalism and attention to detail
- Manage 50–100 calls per day, depending on complexity
- Use various programs to track and document customer interactions
Requirements
- 1+ year of recent high-volume call center experience
- Strong customer service and multitasking abilities
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
- Comfort navigating multiple computer systems
Qualifications
- 1+ year of recent high-volume call center experience (within the last 2–3 years)
