Health Care Quality Accreditation Project Management Manager

About This Role

Manage and influence health care quality projects and initiatives from design to implementation, with a focus on NCQA accreditation. Collaborate with internal and external partners to confirm compliance and improve health care quality products, services, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and influence health care quality projects and initiatives through design, development, and implementation
• Collaborate with colleagues to gather and prepare evidence of compliance for NCQA accreditation
• Review analyses, policies, and other documentation against NCQA guidelines to confirm all accreditation requirements are met
• Be accountable for health care quality projects and initiatives supporting NCQA accreditation through direction setting and leadership
• Proactively develop quality activities aligned with company strategies and values
• Link the quality management activities to business goals
• Build strong teams and business relationships, both internally and externally
• Serve as a resource and subject matter expert (SME) on aspects of the quality program to develop and influence business strategies

Requirements

• Project management experience
• 5-7 years clinical and/or managed care experience in the healthcare industry and quality management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years clinical and/or managed care experience in the healthcare industry and quality management required

Nice to Have

• 2+ years NCQA accreditation experience
• Strong communication skills with external clients, primarily regulatory and accreditation partners
• Proficiency with MS Office Programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
