GW Project Manager

About This Role

Lead production teams to plan, execute, and adjust medium-scale projects for clients, serving as the primary point of contact. This role involves managing daily operational and tactical aspects from initiation to implementation, while fostering strong relationships with business and IT areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple medium-scale projects, including initiation, planning, execution, control and closing of projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients
• Meet with clients, write status and budget reports, create and update project plans, and write requirements
• Collaborate with information architects, content writers, graphic designers, and developers
• Demonstrate proven ability to take a project from the conceptual stage through final implementation successfully
• Establish and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with business and information technology areas

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience
• Successful track record in building relationships
• Proven successful track record in building positive relationships
• Willingness to pursue continuing job-related training and education
